Best Practices for Hosts
Quality Photos
Use high-resolution images with good lighting. Show multiple angles of your space or examples of your work. Include photos of key features and amenities.

Accurate Descriptions
Write clear, honest descriptions of your offerings. Include all relevant details about capacity, amenities, restrictions, and what clients can expect.

Responsive Communication
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Quick responses lead to higher booking rates and better reviews from clients.

Reliable Availability
Keep your calendar up to date. Block off dates you're unavailable and confirm bookings promptly to avoid disappointments.

Important Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund unless the host can rebook.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through our platform. Hosts receive payment within 3 business days after the event is completed.
Liability & Insurance
We provide basic liability coverage for all bookings. Hosts are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for comprehensive protection.
Review Policy
Both hosts and clients can leave reviews after an event. Reviews must be honest and constructive. Inappropriate reviews will be removed.
